to lead our 8,000 sq. ft. supermarket in Kadavanthara. This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you will be fully responsible for the store's P&L, mentor a team of 2 Assistant Store Managers, and drive aggressive sales growth while transforming daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership:
Own
full store P&L
and drive revenue growth with a focus on maximizing daily sales performance.
Implement modern merchandising strategies to enhance visual appeal and product placement.
Analyze sales data and customer trends to make informed inventory and promotional decisions.
Team Development & Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of
45-50 staff members
across all store functions.
Mentor and evaluate
Assistant Store Managers
to build future retail leaders.
Address staff retention through effective engagement and performance management.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
Utilize advanced inventory systems to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
Ensure compliance with all retail operational standards and safety protocols.
You Are the Ideal Candidate If You Have:

4+ years of experience
as an
Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
in a supermarket/hypermarket.
- A
proven track record
of managing high-volume stores (experience with
10+ lakh daily sales
preferred).
- Experience leading large teams (
50+ staff
) in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in
advanced inventory management systems
and retail analytics.
- A

with the ability to solve operational challenges.
