Job Description

Store Operations Management:*
Supervise overall store activities related to Raw Material and Packaging Material for Electrical & Automation Product. Ensure timely receipts, storage, and issuance of materials as per production schedules. Implement and monitor FIFO systems for accurate inventory movement.

Inventory & Documentation:*
Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP with high accuracy. Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and ensure minimal variances. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports with management.

Coordination & Communication:*
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Quality, and Production teams for planning and smooth material flow. Work closely with vendors for timely delivery and material returns, if required. Support internal and external audit activities with proper documentation. Strong in the transportation coordination and vehicle available on time.

Compliance & Quality Control:*
Ensure all storage practices and Safety standards. Maintain hygiene, proper segregation of materials in the store. Conduct periodic inspection of storage areas and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Team Management:*
Lead, train, and supervise store executives and assistants to ensure efficiency and accountability. Allocate work and monitor performance against defined KPIs.

Process Improvement:*
Identify opportunities for process optimization, space utilization, and cost control. Implement best practices in inventory and warehouse management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
