Job Summary



The Senior Store Keeper Executive is responsible for

end-to-end store operations

, including

Raw Material planning, Finished Goods (FG) inventory control, dispatch coordination, daily stock monitoring, and ISO-compliant documentation

. The role ensures

material availability for production, accurate inventory records, safe storage, and timely dispatches

in a manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinished Goods (FG) Stock Management



Maintain

FG stock records SKU-wise / batch-wise / customer-wise

Ensure

FIFO / FEFO

during FG dispatch Monitor

dispatch readiness, packaging status, and palletization

Coordinate with

sales, logistics, and production planning

for dispatch schedules Prevent

over-stocking, short dispatch, and stock mismatch


Raw Material (RM) Planning & Control



Plan and monitor

RM requirements

based on

production plans

Maintain

minimum, maximum, and reorder levels

Coordinate with

purchase & production

to avoid shortages or excess inventory Monitor

RM ageing, batch validity, and shelf life

Control

scrap, rejected, and non-moving inventory


Inventory Management & Daily Stock Control



Ensure

daily stock updating

in ERP / SAP / Tally / Excel Perform

daily physical checks

for critical items Conduct

monthly / quarterly stock audits

Investigate and report

stock variances

Maintain

batch-wise, lot-wise, and location-wise inventory accuracy


Dispatch & Logistics Coordination



Prepare

dispatch documentation

(Delivery Challan, Packing List, E-way Bill coordination) Coordinate

vehicle planning, loading safety, and dispatch timelines

Ensure

proper labeling, packaging, and customer-specific requirements

Track

outbound material movement

and delivery status

ISO, Audit & Compliance



Maintain store-related documentation as per

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001

Ensure compliance with

SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines

Support

internal, external, and customer audits

Maintain

traceability records for RM to FG

Ensure

5S, EHS, and housekeeping standards


Team Handling & Process Improvement



Guide and supervise

junior store staff

Train team on

safety, documentation, and ERP processes

Suggest

process improvements

to reduce inventory cost and wastage Ensure discipline and SOP adherence in store operations

Educational Qualification



Graduate / Diploma (Supply Chain / Commerce / Science / Engineering preferred) Certification in

Inventory Management / ERP / ISO

is an advantage

Experience



5-8 years

of experience in

Store / Inventory roles

Minimum

2-3 years in a senior or supervisory role

Mandatory experience in

Plastic / Chemical Manufacturing industry


Technical & Functional Skills



Strong knowledge of

FG & RM inventory management

RM planning based on

BOM & production schedules

ERP / SAP / Tally / Advance Excel Understanding of

GST, E-way Bill, dispatch documentation

Knowledge of

ISO documentation & audit requirements

Familiarity with

hazardous material handling & MSDS


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



FG & RM stock accuracy Zero production stoppage due to RM shortage Dispatch adherence to schedules Inventory ageing & non-moving stock reduction ISO audit observations related to stores
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
