Job Description

Minimum

5-10 years experience

in construction material handling and store management. Strong knowledge of

building materials

- cement, steel, sand, plumbing, electrical, and finishing items. Ability to

maintain accurate stock records

, registers, and digital inventory. Proficient in

Excel

for store data entry and reporting. Skilled in

material receipt, verification, and issue procedures

as per project needs. Capable of conducting

daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation

. Ensure

proper stacking, safety, and security

of materials at site stores. Coordinate effectively with

purchase, accounts, and project teams

for timely supplies. Maintain

tools and equipment register

, ensuring accountability and upkeep. Honest, disciplined, and responsible for

minimizing wastage and preventing pilferage
