60 % - Sales & Service
o Greet and understand customer needs (size, occasion, budget).o Demonstrate product features, suggest add on accessories, and close the sale.o Meet or exceed individual revenue & UPT (units per transaction) targets.
20 % - Visual & Stock
o Replenish racks, maintain size runs, and keep displays tidy.o Perform daily stock counts and flag low or slow moving SKUs.
10 % - POS & Paperwork
o Operate billing system, process exchanges/returns accurately.o Update customer database with phone/WhatsApp details for remarketing.
10 % - Store Ambience
o Keep the play corner safe and engaging.o Follow hygiene and merchandising SOPs.

3 | Qualifications & SkillsMust havesNice to haveso 1 3 yrs experience in apparel / retail counter sales.o Prior kidswear or toy store background.o Fluent Tamil; basic spoken English.o Knowledge of Salem catchment schools & events.o Confidence with POS / barcode scanners.o Basic Canva or Instagram skills for live stories.o Genuine patience and rapport with children.4 | Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
15,000 - 20,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
Shift: 10 am - 8 pm (rotational), 9 hour duty including breaks.
Weekly off: Tuesday / Wednesday (weekends are peak trading days).
Standing role; must lift cartons up to 10 kg during restocks.
