Roles

:-

? Identification and traceability of every item

? Checking the material being Inward as per PO

? Creating Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP

? Issuing material to Production dept. as per Material requisition

? Regular checking and maintaining stock

? Raising Purchase Requisition to Purchase dept. for stock

? Material binning or sorting as per the floor space

? Ensuring transportation arrangements

? Coordinate with Quality dept.

? Making arrangements for Returning material for rework on Challan

if any

? Coordination with Project dept. in the Dispatch process

? Regular reporting

Responsibilities

:-

? Matching of physical stock with SAP data

? Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom

? Maintain minimum, maximum stock

? Identifying and high-lighting Non-moving items

? Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing,

and labelling supplies

? Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to

accounting for reimbursements and record keeping

? Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation

to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control

? Ensure efficient stock management

? Coordinate with all departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
