Job Description

Position- Sr Store Executive

Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 Year in Pharmaceutical Industry

Key Responsibility-

Inventory Management

: Overseeing accurate tracking, cycle counting, and physical verification of all materials to prevent discrepancies, shortages, or overstocking.

Material Handling

: Managing the receipt, proper storage (adhering to GSP), and precise dispensing/issuance of materials to the production department.

Compliance and Documentation

: Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards like USFDA, EU, WHO, GMP/GHK, and ISO. This includes maintaining detailed records, generating reports, and assisting during audits.

Quality Control

: Monitoring stock for quality, managing expired or damaged items, implementing systems like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expiry, First-Out), and coordinating material clearance with the QA department.

Supervision and Coordination

: Supervising store staff, delegating tasks, ensuring proper training, and coordinating seamlessly with internal departments (Purchase, Production, QA) and external vendors/suppliers.

Safety and Security

: Maintaining hygiene, safety, and security standards within the storage and warehouse areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
