1) Manage team to ensure day to day works proceed, in a timely manner (without delay to operations)
with updated CRM, documentation & reports
a. material in / out
b. systematic storage - racks, bins, updated bin cards, good housekeeping
c. salvage return & readiness (post refurb)
d. tally material out for sales
e. all acknowledgement - soft copy files, hard copy filing & summary updating
2) Special stocks storage and record keeping updates
3) Monitor min. stock availability across defined categories (all items expect electrical major items)
4) Material GRN processes on CRM, update procurement & submission to accounts
5) Mobilization / demobilization update - timely & accurately
Requirements for Success (and development to Assistant Manager and further)
1) Proactive follow up with user departments for advance inventory planning
2) Accordingly, follow-up with procurement for material
3) Salvage re-work / refurb - follow-up with team, vendors and re-stocking (nut/bolt etc.)
4) Rigorous follow-up to maintain min-stock with multiple reminders - email, WhatsApp, in-person
5) 100% demobilization - site coordination / visit / packing & recovery
6) Systematic safe storage coordination of assets & accessories
Should Have knowledge of Tally
Should have the software knowledge of SAP
Minimum Experience of 1 year
Should have the Experience of GRM, E-Way Bill etc
