Stores - Sr. Executive

4-8 years (in Store/Inventory Management, preferably in Manufacturing/Engineering industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations, including material receipts, issues, and storage. Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and conduct regular cycle counts. Ensure proper documentation for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, and issue slips. Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements, and avoid material shortages. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments for timely material flow. Maintain safe storage of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods. Oversee inward/outward material movement with proper documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and statutory requirements. Implement 5S, FIFO, and other best practices in store management. Train and guide store assistants/workers for smooth functioning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of store/inventory management processes. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / or any ERP). Good understanding of supply chain and material handling in a manufacturing setup. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team and coordinate across departments. Knowledge of ISO, safety, and audit compliance.

Qualifications:

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Material Management / Commerce / Engineering. Certification in Inventory or Materials Management will be an added advantage.
