Inventory and Supplies:
Managing and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and other necessary items.
Ordering supplies as needed.
Guest Service:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Ensuring a positive and engaging guest experience.
Health and Safety:
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Properly disposing of kitchen garbage.
Reporting maintenance issues promptly.
Operational Efficiency:
Coordinating with other staff (chefs, servers) to ensure smooth operations.
Setting up and breaking down kitchen stations.
Assisting with food preparation as needed.
Problem Solving:
Addressing and resolving any issues that arise in the dining or kitchen areas.
Proactively identifying and resolving potential problems.
