Job Description
Justification: New ramp up for BMS client, which will open up more client opportunities
Currently the Tech Analytics uses a mix of internal offshore resources (75) and external contractors. As part of its resource optimization, the team is planning to hire 45 resources offshore and 4 onshore resources reduce contractor involvement. This initiative will lead to close to $1.2 Million savings in 2024. We have already hired 30+ resources in Dhaka to reduce reliance on contractors, build our own development center and reduce long-term operating costs. The resources are across multiple grades and are required to support our growing client needs.
Impact of not filling: We will be unable to fulfil client commitments leading to loss of revenue and extentions. Alternatively for client satisfaction, we will have to bring in contractors, which will then increase cost
