What You'll Do
Own the

Android architecture roadmap -- modular, scalable, and testable.*
Design and deliver

high-performance applications using modern patterns (MVVM, MVI, Compose etc).*
Lead

cross-team design and code reviews, ensuring performance, maintainability, and security.*
Drive

CI/CD, observability, and automation excellence for fast, reliable releases.*
Mentor senior engineers, promote #IAmTheOwner culture, and elevate technical standards.*
Collaborate with backend and platform teams to optimize APIs, performance, and customer experience.*

What You Bring
10+ years of software experience, 8+ in Android development.*
Deep fluency in

Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines/Flow, and dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger).*
Proven success shipping

large-scale, production Android apps.*
Expertise in performance profiling, memory management, and benchmarking.*
Strong grasp of

Clean Architecture, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.*
Track record of

technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.*
