Job Description

Renesas' central engineering group and CTO office is looking for a program manager to drive our multi-site MCU chip development.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the Project development for complex chips from Planning to post-silicon phase on schedule. Collaborate closely across multiple departments such as Software Teams, Marketing, Engineering, and Customers during project development Deploy best Program Management Practices: Bottoms-up planning, Dependency mapping, Critical path analysis and Risk mitigation using industry standard planning tools such as MS-Project for Project planning and execution. Monitor the Project development progress and report the status on a regular basis and escalate issues whenever needed Provide regular Project updates to the Senior Management Co-ordinate and Conduct Project Gate reviews Ensure proper project meeting cadence is in place and with regular follow-ups on ALL Action Items to resolve any open issues

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 10+ years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry Proven track record of managing complex programs spanning across multiple departments Expertise in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and drive decisions across global teams Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 including advanced skills in MS Project Atlassian JIRA and Confluence PMP / PMA certificate is a plus.
