What you will do: Own and drive product investigation end to end Coordinate with CIC/CMC to obtain all necessary details for Complaints Track and close all product returns and rework for customer returns Act as the Product Assessment Center (PAC) by conducting and documenting complaint investigations in track-wise Responsible for the process establishment and design transfer of design output to manufacturing Oversee the manufacturing process adherence as per the PPAP documentation and ensure robust process is followed at all times. Collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities. Oversee the incoming inspection process adherence at supplier and ensure parts are accepted as per the approved QIP\'s Oversee the assembly process and make sure all in-process checklists are being adhered to. Facilitate the root cause investigations for field returns and ensure adequate controls are implemented based on RCA to prevent reoccurrence. Support in analysis of issues identified from R&D Oversee the training process and the resources are properly trained by supplier for the activities performed. Ensure the Product and Process Quality is maintained for all products shipped from the supplier to SGTC. Oversee the proper change implementation at supplier for all design changes. Liaison with R&D and Quality team for sorting out any issues in the assembly and test process at supplier Process validation and qualification (IQ, OQ and PQ) for new processes or process changes What you need: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering Minimum of 10 years\' proven QA/Supplier quality experience in industry. Knowledge of Quality Management System - ISO 13485 Proven experience in handover and management of designs in production Good troubleshooting skills Must be able to work independently and produce measurable results Understanding of PPAP documentation Knowledge of risk assessment & management for medical device as per ISO14971 Proficient in managing quality assurance activities at supplier end including Rejection Analysis About Stryker Stryker is one of the world\'s leading medical technology companies and, together with our customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
