Sr. Staff DevOps Engineer

, you'll be the technical leader shaping how our systems scale, deploy, and operate in production.
You'll design cloud architectures that are

secure by design

,

automated by default

, and

observable at every layer

. You'll partner across engineering, security, and operations to raise the bar on reliability, speed, and compliance -- living our #NoP1Release and #IAmTheOwner principles every day.

What You'll Do

Architect and evolve

cloud-native infrastructure

on AWS (VPC, EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB). Design and implement

secure, automated CI/CD pipelines

using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. Build internal

platform tools, observability dashboards, and deployment automation

to scale development velocity. Champion

infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and immutable deployments.

Embed

DevSecOps principles

-- vulnerability scanning, secrets management, compliance baselines (CIS, OWASP, SOC2). Lead system

performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, and incident response

practices. Mentor DevOps and SRE engineers; establish standards for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design

resilient architectures

with zero-downtime deployments.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE roles with large-scale distributed systems. Deep hands-on expertise in

AWS

and IaC frameworks (

Terraform, Ansible, Helm

). Proven track record of

building, securing, and scaling Kubernetes clusters

in production. Solid background in

automation (Python, Bash), monitoring (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)

, and

CI/CD tooling

. Strong understanding of

networking, load balancing, and microservice observability

. Experience integrating

security controls

into pipelines (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, image signing). Strong communication and leadership skills -- able to influence architecture and mentor teams.
