About our group:
The Enterprise Applications Engagement Team is at the forefront of digital transformation for a global high-tech manufacturing organization. This group brings together experts from Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and HR to architect and deliver innovative SAP solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

About the role - you will:

• Lead and architect cross-functional SAP solutions within a global manufacturing environment.
• Drive technical excellence and digital transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and HR domains.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end SAP implementation programs across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to define business requirements, manage project scope, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive process optimization and digital transformation aligned with enterprise goals.
• Oversee budget planning, vendor management and resource allocation as and when required
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and audit standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing SAP functional team.

About you:

• Strong understanding of business processes in high-tech, complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively across global teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a multicultural, global context.

Your experience includes:

• Hands-on experience in SAP implementations across multiple functional areas.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation or migration.
• Deep expertise in SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM, including integration points.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of global compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
