Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Developer with strong expertise in database development and hands-on experience working with HRMS platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data integrations that support our HR operations, analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Database Development & Optimization
Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Design and build scalable data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines for HR-related data.
HRMS Data Integration & Support
Work directly with HR teams to understand business requirements related to employee data, payroll, benefits, time & attendance, performance management, and recruitment.
Manage data feeds to/from HRMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and security.
Collaboration & Leadership
Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in solution design, sprint planning, and cross-functional technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in SQL development
2-5 years of hands-on HRMS experience with one or more platforms.
Strong expertise in database design, normalization, and data modeling.
Excellent understanding of HR data structures and workflows.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
