This position offers an opportunity to lead a talented team while working with cutting-edge technology.Responsibilities:xefx82xb7 Technical Leadership: Plan, direct, and coordinate team activities for the management and implementation of AEM-based solutions.xefx82xb7 AEM Development: Lead the implementation of enterprise content management solutions based on AEM, ensuring efficient deployment and performance.xefx82xb7 Customer Analysis & Implementation Concepts: Analyze customer requirements and create implementation concepts that align with business needs.xefx82xb7 Innovative Solutions: Independently develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the platform.xefx82xb7 AEM Architecture & Staging: Provide support in the transfer of AEM into the development and operating environment of the EPD, including AEM architecture and staging.xefx82xb7 Java-based Development: Develop release-capable AEM software components using Java and related technologies.xefx82xb7 Web Frontend Implementation: Implement HTML templates into AEM JSP templates, ensuring high-quality and functional web interfaces.xefx82xb7 System Integration: Integrate Adobe Marketing Cloud systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Tag Manager.xefx82xb7 Product Owner Support: Assist the product owner in assessing requirements related to AEM architecture, technologies, internal interfaces, and third-party system integrations.xefx82xb7 Team Collaboration: Lead the team in working collaboratively across geographies and time zones.Duties:xefx82xb7 Experience with AEM Developer tools such as:o Apache Felixo Apache Slingo Jackrabbito CRXDExefx82xb7 Familiarity with Java Content Repository API.xefx82xb7 Strong knowledge of OSGi and its Declarative Services.xefx82xb7 Experience with build tools, particularly Maven.xefx82xb7 Proficiency with version control tools, especially Git.xefx82xb7 Solid understanding of design patterns and best practices for clean, maintainable code.xefx82xb7 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably ExtJS and jQuery).xefx82xb7 Experience with pair programming and code reviews to ensure quality delivery.xefx82xb7 Skilled in testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and performance.xefx82xb7 Proficiency in task management, bug tracking, and documentation tools like JIRA and Confluence.Required Qualifications:xefx82xb7 Experience: More than 8 years of hands-on experience in AEM development and tech leadership.xefx82xb7 Autonomy: Ability to lead and run work packages or migration waves with minimal direction.xefx82xb7 Work Delivery: Strong focus on delivering quality results on time.xefx82xb7 Remote Collaboration: Ability to manage work across multiple time zones and geographies.xefx82xb7 Travel: Must be willing to travel as needed.Desired Qualifications:xefx82xb7 Education: Degree in an IT-related discipline.xefx82xb7 Industry Experience: Previous experience in the outsourcing industry and large corporations.xefx82xb7 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.Join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our AEM solutions.
