Sr. Specialist Technical Project Manager The Hyperautomation Technical Project Manager will work alongside agile scrum teams and accelerate development squads by overseeing the end-to-end project management and delivery of technical solutions. This role involves developing and executing project plans, collaborating with various functional areas to secure and align resources, and ensuring timely and quality execution of all project aspects. Primary Responsibilities Agile Scrum Collaboration Collaborate closely with agile scrum teams and accelerate development squads to ensure efficient project delivery. Act as a facilitator and liaison between different teams, helping to synchronize efforts and remove any obstacles. Technical Project Management Develop project plans that encompass the entire project lifecycle. This includes defining project milestones, managing dependencies, and tracking deliverables from design and specification development to production deployment and change management support. Resource Allocation Collaborate with relevant functional areas to secure and allocate resources for the project. Ensure that the right resources are available at the right time to support the project\'s objectives. Technical Solution Delivery Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of technical components. Utilize in-depth knowledge of technology standards and project-specific requirements to ensure successful execution. Manage technical maintenance, handle change requests, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate decision-making, and conduct risk management. Representation and Communication Act as the representative of the technical project management team, actively participating in cross-functional project teams. Effectively communicate technical project management needs and requirements to drive coordinated efforts and successful project outcomes. Compliance and Procedure Adherence Develop and adhere to project management procedures, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices. Interact with staff across different locations and external vendors while upholding established processes and guidelines. At least 5-7 years of experience in Project Management and overall 5 years in Software Development or Technology Implementation. Required Education, Experience, And Skills Bachelor\'s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or a related role required. Product development experience required; in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred. Preferred Experience And Skills Advanced degree (e.g., MS, MBA, Ph.D., PharmD) preferred. Experience and knowledge Automation capability model in Hyperautomation (ie RPA, OCR, AI/ML, Gen AI, Appian)strongly preferred; including the different phases of development and how the various functional areas contribute to a comprehensive strategy.
