PRIMARY FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
The TA Specialist will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and support the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition India in all recruitment activities.
The TA Specialist will participate in full-cycle recruiting efforts, through activities during the search and selection until offer and hire process.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Process
Ensure best practice in recruitment and selection activities are maintained regarding company policy, Local Employment Legislation, business requirements, among others.
Source and manage resumes through Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recruitment agencies, job ads or universities based on hiring requirements.
Receive, screen and acknowledge CVs through ATS and send regular updates to candidates on the status of their application.
Coordinate all necessary interviews arrangements between interviewers and candidates, either face-to-face, or virtual, as agreed with hiring managers.
Maintain ATS by updating status of candidates as they progress through the recruitment process.
Provide feedback and update to unsuccessful candidates accordingly. Interview and selection of candidates along with feedback.
Maintain candidate database.
Conduct candidate reference checksas necessary.
Vendor management - Ensure appropriate and timely communication with agencies in order to keep them updated upon current hiring needs so that they can support profile sharing accordingly.
Administration
Sending out calendar invites for all meetings and candidate interview arrangements
Sending out new hire personnel files to BHR
Business travel arrangements for TA team and candidates as necessary
Preparing meeting presentations and events coordination as required
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent
3+ years recruitment & coordination experience, preference for in-house corporate experience
Strong track record of sourcing and recruiting and good understanding of the recruitment process, at least 3 years' experience in the Healthcare industry will be an advantage
Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player with good inter-personal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure and changing environment with some level of ambiguity
Competitive drive, strong work ethic
High motivation to learn, grow and succeed
