About the job

Job purpose

Secure master data (MD) quality and availability at the Sanofi target Support master data quality improvement activities across all sites in the frame of M&S master data playbook Identify any master data quality and availability issues and propose solutions and remediation (continuous improvement spirit) Provide technical analysis on Masterdata and implementation of new scope

Key accountabilities

MD operational responsibility

Site-level data collection to define and set up parameters to ensure the correct scope of Masterdata Preparing the execution of internal assessments / capability reviews by providing relevant data analysis and data situation report Preparing MD deactivation analysis and executing deactivations operations according to relevant policies and instructions


Continuous improvement responsibility

Follow the evolution of the M&S Masterdata Playbook to extend the scope of the M&S DataLab Contribute to the evolution of the M&S Masterdata Playbook by supporting BPOs through data extraction and data analysis to test and challenge business rules Responsible of collecting and following DataLab user feedbacks and support the user experience evolution undefined

Master data user support and monitoring


Supporting MD community on site level by providing tools to support and monitor their Masterdata Quality


Contributing to the education of the MD community


Support new site integration and follow up the scope extension


Support site on data remediation to secure data quality

About you

Preferred skills/expertise/experience:

Experience:


Minimum 2 year in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry (e.g., GxP)


Preferably, work experience / educational background in data analytics (covering supply chain mgmt. / logistics / pharma quality mgmt. / pharma manufacturing)



Skills/expertise:


Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Knowledge with data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI) - Optional


Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) - Mandatory


Work experience with Kinaxis, LIMS - Optional


Mandatory English, preferably languages for key markets (French)
