About the Role



Key Responsibilities

Partner with P&O to address complex business challenges using advanced systems and processes Collaborate with implementation partners to design and configure Workday functionality Participate in workshops and align with project managers and process owners Define and implement enhancements to HR/P&O processes for better business alignment Troubleshoot integrations and provide application support for Workday systems Lead release management, regression testing, and incident communication activities Ensure system designs meet architectural standards and business requirements Improve user experience through thoughtful solution design and peer reviews Configure and troubleshoot Workday integrations and custom reports Manage lifecycle services and ensure standardization across Workday solutions

Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline + Minimum 8 years of IT experience with strong understanding of HR functions and processes + Proven experience in Workday configuration and implementation, including support and transition from SAP HR
+ Hands-on expertise with Workday Business Process Framework, Studio, Report Writer, and integrations
+ Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels
+ Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, manage workstreams, and mentor team members
+ Experience in full lifecycle technology implementations including design, build, testing, and go-live
+ Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions
