Job Summary: Lead projects involving macro/micro space design, planning and execution for respective business area/division. Core Responsibilities: Creates store specific pogs/visual space plans that illustrate layout and flow of merchandising categories/assortment by leveraging data, business context & presentation architecture. Generate Insights/reports leveraging data and context to make space allocation & product recommendations for flex space in stores. Support execution of resets for special projects involving macro/micro space planning. Provide operational & analytical support to Quarterly rotations of assortments for flex area within stores. Responsible for developing and maintaining global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context. Knowledge Management - Create, Validate, Store & Share category/business context and execution guidelines. Leverage Project Management practices to help the team deliver projects within prescribed timelines with expected level of quality. Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals. Act as back-up for Lead Space Planner on Projects, Space Insights & recommendations Years of Experience 4+ years of Retail Experience Qualifications: B.com / BBM / MBA / Retail Operations Management Primary Skills (must have) Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global) Strong communication skills - ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally and globally. JDA Space Planning exposure Problem Solving - ability to leverage data, information and visuals to solve business and execution challenges. Strong understanding of Project Management practices Technical Skills: Advance excel with macros (automation), handling huge data set, SQL. Logical thinking & Attentional to detail Secondary Skills (desired) Project Management Certification Six Sigma Certification
