Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations
Lead the preparation and execution of high-quality European cuisine
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper technique and consistency
Contribute to seasonal European menu development and new dish creation
Ensure kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP/FSSAI)
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Maintain food cost targets, portion control, and waste reduction
Ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours
Take charge of the kitchen in the Executive Chef's absence
