The Role
Our role is your chance to make a real difference in other people's lives.
As a Sourcing Specialist you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organisation's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for Non-IT roles.(BFSI or Contact center)
Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate profiles to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and fit with the organization.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for the roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing partners to leverage their networks and resources for talent acquisition.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other selection processes for candidates.
Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to Non-IT talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies.
Provide regular reports and metrics on sourcing activities, including sourcing channels, candidate engagement, and pipeline status, to stakeholders and management.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the NON-IT industry (BPO or Banking )
Strong understanding of talent sourcing best practices, including the use of various channels and tools.
Familiarity with the BPO or Banking Industry, including roles, skills, and market trends, is highly desired.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment technologies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
