We are seeking a skilled

Software Test Engineer

with strong experience in

automation testing

functional testing

, and solid understanding of modern QA frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing performance-driven automation frameworks and executing API and UI test strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications using

Selenium (Java/Python)

,

Cypress (TypeScript)

, or

Playwright (Java)

. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across projects. Design and implement test frameworks using

Data-Driven

,

Behavior-Driven (BDD)

, or

Keyword-Driven

approaches. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Execute API testing using tools like

Postman

,

Rest Assured

, and

SoapUI

. Analyze test results, report defects, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive test documentation and support continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in software testing (automation + functional). Hands-on experience with:

Selenium (Java/Python)

Cypress (TypeScript)

Playwright (Java preferred)

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies:

Data-Driven

BDD/Cucumber

Keyword-Driven frameworks
