Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack Job Location: Hyderabad

The opportunity:

As Sr Software Engineer, the candidate will be proficient with Front end and back-end technologies. This candidate should self-motivated and a solution provider. You will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product architecture, design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other activities. You will also play a key role in grooming providing direction to team members.

You are great at:

Strong experience in developing and deploying scalable microservices with high performance and reliability. Proven ability to independently develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks such as Angular or React. Familiarity with large-scale data operations, including efficient data retrieval, multipart uploads, and parallel processing techniques. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, service consumers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure alignment and quality. Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, with a strong grasp of domain-specific contexts. Experience working with distributed teams, contributing constructively across geographies and time zones. Skilled in providing technical feedback, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

What it takes:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade applications. Strong proficiency in Angular or React, with a track record of delivering responsive and user-centric web applications. Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and performance. Solid understanding of distributed systems, including fault tolerance, service orchestration, and load balancing. Exposure to AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks, with an ability to apply them to enhance product capabilities. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
