Required Experience
A SAP Basis consultant is a technical expert who manages and maintains the SAP system landscape.
Installation & Configuration: Installs and configures SAP systems, including databases and operating systems.
System Maintenance: Handles system upgrades, patching, and applying support packages to ensure stability.
Performance & Security: Monitors system performance, manages user authorizations, and implements security protocols.
Troubleshooting: Diagnoses and resolves technical issues related to the SAP environment.
Backup & Recovery: Implements and tests backup and recovery procedures for disaster management.
Experience on SAP BTP, IBP, Success factors, CRM, BW, BW4HANA, ECC, B!, Cloud connector

Must have worked with US/Europe based clients in onsite/offshore delivery models.
Should have very good verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening and presentation skills.
Should have proven analytical and problem solving skills.
