What is the work?

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code. Develop robust APIs and web services to support frontend applications and external integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, frontend developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions. Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance and scalability. Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies. Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in all backend processes.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

4-5 years of strong experience with
