Position Responsibilities

What you need to bring:Leadership to a team of senior & junior developers. Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to the team to ensure all critical aspects of development issues are addressed and resolved appropriately Accountability for the successful implementation of the requirements by the team. Software development skills across the entire stack - UI, Services, Data and Infrastructure Having experience with AWS is an asset, but any Cloud infrastructure platform is a strong starting point (eg. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) Adopt industry best practices in all your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting Pragmatic enough to deliver an MVP, but aspirational enough to think about how it will work with millions of users and adapt to new challenges Desire and capability to take ownership of an application's stack, quality, architecture, deployment and tooling to give our millions of customers a great experience Readiness to hit the ground running - you may not know how to solve everything right off the bat, but you will put in the time and effort to understand so that you can design architecture of complex features with multiple components. This role requires embracing an AI-first approach to work, where GenAI and agentic AI tools are viewed as essential collaborators rather than optional supplements. We expect team members who naturally think in terms of AI-enhanced workflows, proactively seek opportunities to integrate intelligent automation, and demonstrate curiosity about leveraging AI to solve complex problems more efficiently. Qualifications

Qualifications:4-6 years of relevant development engineering experience and skills in building cloud-based SaaS applications Deep hands-on technical expertise, specially using relevant open-source technologies. Experience in partnering with product and program management teams Experience of Test-Driven Development, Unit Test Frameworks Having experience in leading a small team of developers in an Agile product/project Methodology is a plus Good analytical skills Good communication skills As part of the AI-First initiative, the following qualification is a plus: + Skills with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate coding, debugging, and refactoring
+ Having strong prompt engineering skills to effectively communicate with AI systems for code generation, architectural decisions, and technical documentation
+ Having designed and implemented development workflows that incorporate AI assistance throughout the software lifecycle, including code review, testing, and documentation.
+ Having lead development of AI-driven automation solutions for complex tasks such as code analysis, performance optimization, and automated testing.
