As a Sr. Software engineer, your role typically involves working and delivering independently on a set of assigned tasks. At times you will be required to mentor and upskill you subordinates. You would also be required to evaluate the performance of your subordinates (in case you have any). You would be part of a high-performance team that you would be required to collaborate extensively and work. You would be expected to deliver on your core skills and develop additional skills on the job for you as well as your team. You will be a part of an offshore team working usually on a product development team serving one of our global customers.

Program and deliver as per the scope provided by your manager.
Actively participate in the discussions/scrum meetings to comprehend and understand your scope of work and deliver as per your estimates/commitments.

Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least
4+ years
of experience in building Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
Design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Define best practices for governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem
Integration with various data sources (SharePoint, SQL databases, Microsoft Dataverse, Excel, APIs) Formulas and expressions in Power Apps
Data modelling in model-driven apps, including Microsoft Dataverse.
Integration with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications, services
Integration with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
Security and permissions management in Power Apps
Deployment best practices for Power Apps solutions
