Job Summary:


We are looking for a talented BMC Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the BMC Helix ITSM Suite and a focus on enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and ongoing support, as well as the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.


II. Roles & Responsibilities:


Core Responsibilities:

Configure, deploy, and maintain the BMC ITSM Suite, including modules like Incident,

Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.

Customize and integrate workflows, forms, and applications within BMC Helix to align with

business requirements.

Enable seamless integration of BMC Helix with internal systems and third-party applications

using REST APIs, AI Spoon Jobs, and other integration techniques.

Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices and support their implementation across the

organization.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored ITSM

solutions.


III. Years of Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with the BMC Helix platform.

IV. Education Qualification & Certifications


Required Minimum Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech

V. Skill Set Required


Primary Skills (must have)

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ITSM best practices. Familiarity with PWA, DWPC, and Innovation Suite functionalities. Proficiency with the AI Spoon Client. Expertise in Remedy AR System, Mid-Tier, CMDB and Smart IT. Strong skills in custom development, API integrations, and workflow automation. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships.
