Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8+ Apply OOPS principles and design patterns to build robust, reusable components Design and optimize relational database schemas and queries (RDBMS) Build RESTful web services using JAX-RS and integrate with external systems Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members

Work Experience

Required Skills

4-6 years of professional experience in Core Java development Strong understanding of Java 8+ features (Streams, Lambdas, Optional, etc.) Solid foundation in OOPS concepts and design principles Experience with multithreading and concurrency Proficiency in RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms Hands-on experience with Java Web Services using JAX-RS Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (JUnit) Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in static and dynamic code analysis and exposure to related tools. Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment.

Good to have skills:

Experience with Spring/Spring Boot Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect) Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture * Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA
