Qualifications

Required Qualifications and Skills:

BE / B Tech/ ME / MS / MTech in Computer Sciences, Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering fields with a proven academic track record

Total 9+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and at least 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of IT products like SecOps or ITOM.

Hands on experience in Discovery , Cloud Provisioning , CMDB , Certificate Management

Hands on experience in ServiceNow Sec Ops modules: Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, Security Incident Response.

Integrating with third party systems with Service Now for building a Security Dashboard

Knowledge in Cloud Computing (AWS / Azure / GCP )

Knowledge in PowerShell and Python

Knowledge on MID Server and integrations

Strong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow Platform

Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization

Deep knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated frameworks

Experience with Java or a similar OO language

Excellent knowledge of scripting, tools, APIs , third party Integrations using SOAP, REST and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

• Knowledge of ITIL and software lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with new platform capabilities such as flow designer, integration hub and service graph connectors.
• Experience in reporting and Performance Analytics would be a plus
• Good to have knowledge of Agile and DevOps operational processes.
• Performing unit testing and creation of Test automation use cases leveraging ATF.
• ServiceNow Admin & ServiceNow Application Developer Certification preferred

Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including Application UI Configuration, Workflow Configuration

Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time

Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly

Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery

Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of cloud architectural components and distributed computing

Able to provide designs and solutions as an Architect

• Experience with creating enterprise software in the one of the application domains in which ServiceNow competes.
• Ability to create high performance, scalable system.
