Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong background in software architecture design, including system decomposition, component definition, and interface design. Ability to define and maintain scalable, reusable, and efficient software architectures aligned with AUTOSAR principles. In-depth understanding of microcontrollers/ASICs and Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS). Extensive knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic architecture, with hands-on experience in configuration, development, and integration. Skilled in using AUTOSAR configuration and development tools, preferably the DaVinci toolchain. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for complex AUTOSAR integration and runtime issues. Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, UDS, and LIN, and a sound understanding of vehicle network management. Proficiency in C programming with adherence to MISRA and defensive coding practices. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design methodologies, and SDLC processes. Experience with automotive process frameworks such as ASPICE. Hands-on expertise in system-level debugging, triaging, and peripheral analysis. Familiarity with version control and change management tools (e.g., Git, SVN). Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, review designs, and ensure architectural consistency across software components. Proven track record in leading or significantly contributing to at least one complete ECU software development from requirements to production release.
