Autodesk's Enterprise Engagement Team is looking for a Anaplan developer to join our team in Bangalore, India. Your role will be vital in developing and establishing a new platform to support our Global Sales and Compensation Team. This platform will allow the Finance Business Partners around the world to effectively work on the Sales Assignment and Targets. You will be part of an agile team, mainly residing in Singapore, India and United States to collaborate on specifications and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements and deliver the solutions. The person in this role would be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, testing, and deploying solutions in Anaplan. It also requires one to understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical solution that is feasible, extendable and scalable.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Strong development experience in Model Building Activities; Module & Action creation and Dashboard design etc.

2. Understand of business processes in Anaplan including but not limited to model architecture, master data management and workflow

3. Knowledge and ability to build models based on Anaplan Best Practices

4. Strong Knowledge on Anaplan Model Building Standards

5. Ability to bring solutions and independently handle the development activities

6. Knowledge on Anaplan ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and production deployment procedures

7. Audit of the models -meeting key business users aimed to analyse existent business processes inefficiency, connected solution, model optimization and improvements according to latest Anaplan platform capabilities

8. Hands-on strong working proficiency in Data Import/Export between Anaplan models

9. Hands-on Anaplan calculation functions

10. Enhancements of the model based on the feedback, bugs fixing and maintenance

11. Good Excel knowledge

Pre-Requisites:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), with minimum 2-3 years experience as Anaplan developer

Anaplan Certification (Model Builder 1 and 2) will be an added advantage

Experience as a consultant is preferred

Strong fundamental concepts in Anaplan and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as experience in both process and solution analysis

Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment

Ability to deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment

Strong oral and written communication skills
