Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using AWS Spring Boot and Angular JS to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SQL databases for high performance and reliability. Utilize Java and JavaScript to create efficient reusable and reliable code for various applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Participate in Agile development processes contributing to sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives. Mentor junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Document technical specifications and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding. Contribute to the companys mission by developing software that enhances user experience and drives business growth.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Angular JS Java JavaScript and MySQL. Demonstrate experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Cards & Payments is a plus. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
