Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# and .Net Framework to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications using Angular JS and JavaScript. Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance application performance and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system functionality and user satisfaction. Implement best practices for software development including version control testing and continuous integration. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improve project outcomes. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing robust database solutions using SQL. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance team productivity and skill development. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software that supports business objectives and enhances customer experience. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining software applications in a hybrid work model. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. Display effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members in software development best practices.
