Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer B3 will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. With a focus on AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC and JavaScript the role requires a deep understanding of these technologies to drive innovation and efficiency. The position is hybrid offering a blend of remote and on-site work and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

Develop robust and scalable software solutions using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AWS-based cloud solutions that enhance system performance. Utilize SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database operations ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development processes. Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and aligned with company standards and policies. Mentor junior engineers fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in AWS demonstrating the ability to design and deploy cloud-based solutions. Exhibit strong proficiency in SQL and mySQL with a proven track record of managing complex databases. Demonstrate expertise in Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC with a focus on building scalable applications. Have a solid understanding of JavaScript and its application in creating interactive user interfaces. Show experience in hybrid work environments balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively. Display excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Possess strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
