Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC JavaScript and mySQL along with domain experience in Retail Banking. This role involves developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance our retail banking services ensuring high performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java to enhance retail banking services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications that meet business requirements. Utilize Spring MVC and JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces for banking applications. Optimize mySQL databases to ensure efficient data retrieval and storage for banking operations. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues ensuring minimal disruption to banking services. Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and maintainability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights for project planning. Ensure compliance with security standards and protocols to protect sensitive banking information. Document software designs processes and user guides for future reference and training. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications

Possess a deep understanding of AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java for developing high-performance applications. Demonstrate expertise in Spring MVC and JavaScript for creating interactive user interfaces. Have extensive experience with mySQL for managing complex databases. Show proficiency in Retail Banking domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges.
