Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS React Js SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL. This role involves working from our office during day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing software solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software design and architecture using Java and Spring Boot to meet project requirements and enhance system performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Implement and maintain AWS cloud services to optimize application performance and scalability contributing to the companys technological advancement. Utilize React Js to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces improving user engagement and satisfaction. Write efficient SQL queries to manage and manipulate data ensuring data integrity and accessibility for business operations. Employ JavaScript to enhance web applications providing a smooth and interactive user experience. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team. Document development processes code changes and technical specifications to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base. Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining the highest standards of software development. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers supporting their professional growth and development.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in AWS showcasing the ability to deploy and manage cloud-based applications effectively. Exhibit strong skills in React Js with a proven track record of developing user-friendly interfaces. Possess in-depth knowledge of SQL and mySQL capable of handling complex data operations. Show expertise in Spring Boot and Java with experience in building robust and scalable applications. Have a solid understanding of JavaScript with the ability to enhance web application functionality. Display excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative solutions. * Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders ensuring clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
