Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# .Net Framework and SQL Server to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize applications using Angular JS and Javascript. Utilize Azure cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality and performance standards are met. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications to ensure seamless operation. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. Implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Document software processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects. Ensure software solutions are aligned with business goals and contribute to the companys success. Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and knowledge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
