Job Summary

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining software solutions that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework to deliver high-quality software. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software applications using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions. Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to maintain system reliability. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices. Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software solutions. Optimize application performance and scalability to enhance user experience. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Implement best practices for software development to ensure code quality and maintainability. Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and compliance with standards. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Show experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on the specified technologies. Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.

Certifications Required

* Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
