Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a Full Stack Java AWS Developer with skillset AWS Node JS Python and Azure(nice to have). This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to innovative projects and drive technological advancements. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Full Stack Java with skillset AWS Node JS Python and Azure(nice to have to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust applications using Java and JavaScript. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity through effective use of SQL and mySQL. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience. Implement security measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information. Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into existing systems to improve efficiency. Participate in agile development processes to deliver projects on time and within scope. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights. Document software designs and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference. Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that have a positive impact on society. Ensure software solutions align with the companys strategic goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of AWS enabling the development of cloud-based applications. Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and mySQL for effective database management. Exhibit expertise in Node JS and Angular JS for building dynamic web applications. Have a solid foundation in Java and JavaScript for developing versatile software solutions. Show experience in working within a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks. Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
