About The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior AI/ML and Cloud Application Engineer to join our team. As a Senior AI/ML and Cloud Application Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development of AI services in a distributed SaaS multi-tenant, layered event-driven microservices system. Our systems are 24/7, and globally distributed. As a member of our talented engineering team, you will be closely involved in creative and ground-breaking product design and development. You\'ll collaborate with our architects, designers, and test teams to build reliable applications and operations. About The Responsibilities . Design and develop Generative and Multimodal AI models for Conversational AI applied to Contact Center applications in the Cloud involving language/image/audio/video processing . Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, and identify opportunities for integrating into our products and services . Enable a cloud-native solution that is reliable, scalable, and secure . Successfully articulate technical ideas and implemented solutions and present them to various stakeholders . Lead and mentor junior members of the team on new design concepts and implementation . Implement Proof of Concept to validate Architecture decisions . Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to dynamic technical challenges . Active participation in architecture/design reviews, code reviews . Develop and maintain documentation for the design and solution involving Cloud-native AI technologies About The Requirements EXPERIENCE . 3+ years\' experience in developing Generative and Multimodal AI models and frameworks in large scale environments . 5+ years\' experience in developing distributed cloud-native applications . 10+ years of software development experience SKILLS & COMPETENCIES . Deep understanding and experience in Generative and Multimodal AI models utilizing state-of-the-art techniques such as GPT (ChatGPT), VAE, and GANs . Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) . Experience in AI pipelines, AIOps, GPU architectures and optimizations including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation . Proficiency in Java/Python/Golang/C/C++ and experience with libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras . Experience with REST web services design and implementation . Familiarity with common software development tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Confluence, and Jira . Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker . Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure and Platforms - Azure /GCP/AWS . Experience in developing solutions for public, private, hybrid, and multi-tenant environments . Excellent knowledge in architecture, design, development and integration of real-time communication applications . Excellent written and oral communication . Support the establishment of DevOps/SRE culture and methodologies within the organization .
