Role Overview: As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will:



Design and implement highly scalable, full-stack applications Own technical solutions end-to-end, from conception to deployment Collaborate with senior technical leaders and architects Work directly with customers to understand their needs and see your solutions in action Be part of a collaborative, high-performing engineering team


Key Responsibilities:



Design and develop scalable solutions using modern technology stack Drive technical innovation and architectural decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions Optimize existing systems for enhanced performance and scalability Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth Champion operational excellence and quality engineering practices


Required Qualifications:



Good experience in full-stack development Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles Track record of building scalable, distributed systems Experience with modern development practices and tools Problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and collaboration abilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
