About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Engineer to help shape the future of supply chain technology. What You'll Do:


Lead and architect mission-critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software development Design, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliability Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence Develop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operations Create innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experience


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Good background in designing and building large-scale distributed systems Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers Expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
