We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced?Senior Software Developer?with expertise in? .NET Core, React JS, Microservices, and ASP.NET MVC?to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of modern software development practices, architecture, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications:

Education:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC. Strong knowledge of React JS and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Redux, Hooks). Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience:

5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in?.NET Core, React JS, and ASP.NET MVC. Proven experience in designing and implementing?Microservices architecture. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB).

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using?.NET Core, React JS, and ASP.NET MVC. Build and integrate?Microservices?to support modular and scalable application architecture. Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using?React JS?and related libraries. System Architecture: Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design and implement system architecture. Ensure applications are built with best practices in mind, including scalability, performance, and security. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Code Quality and Maintenance:

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

DevOps and Deployment:

Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and CI/CD pipeline integration. Monitor application performance and optimize code for better efficiency.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Proactively identify and address potential challenges in the development process.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with?Entity Framework Core?or other ORM tools. Knowledge of?TypeScript?and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Familiarity with?Azure DevOps?or similar tools. Certifications in .NET, React, or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS).
