Position: Sr. Software Developer

Experience

: Minimum 10 years in the ICT domain

Govt. Client Experience

: At least 3 years of experience working with Government clients

Qualification

: B.E. in Computer Engineering / EC / IT

Job Location

: Rajkot, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Lead and mentor development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with project managers and government clients to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure compliance with government standards, security protocols, and IT policies. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and project records. Support implementation, integration, and post-deployment activities at client locations as needed.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages like Java, .NET, Python, or similar. Strong experience with databases (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server). Hands-on experience in web development frameworks and tools. Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms. Understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git, SVN).

Required Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Experience in managing client expectations and handling escalations
