Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands
Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals
Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community management
Develop engaging content ideas (static posts, reels, stories, carousels)
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn - preferred)
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and performance teams
Track trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm updates
Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for clients/internal teams
Guide and support junior social media executives
Requirements & Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Knowledge of paid ads, targeting, and campaign optimization
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts
Up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes
